WET RUBBING IMPROVER

A Wet Rubbing Improver is a finishing agent used in the textile and garment industry—especially for reactive, direct, sulfur, and indigo dyes—to improve wet rubbing fastness. This is important for denim, cotton, and other cellulosic fabrics, especially after enzyme, stone, or ozone wash processes.

Purpose of Wet Rubbing Improver

  • Improves wet rubbing fastness (Color doesn’t rub off when wet).
  • Stabilizes loosely bound dye particles.
  • Commonly used for garment finishing, reactive-dyed fabrics, denim, or printed fabrics.
