ANTI-OZONE SOFTNER
Anti-Ozone Softener" is typically a specialty textile chemical used in the garment washing and finishing industry, especially for denim and cotton fabrics. It is designed to protect garments from ozone fading during or after ozone-based treatments and improve softness.
A benefited anti-ozone softener serves dual functions:
- Anti-ozone protection: Prevents ozone yellowing or fading, especially in garments exposed to ozone gas during dry or wet ozone treatments.
- Softening effect: Provides soft hand feel, often cationic or nonionic in nature.
Procedure:
- Load the washed garments.
- Add Anti-Ozone Softener to the liquor.
- Run machine for 15–20 minutes at 30–40°C.
- Extract and dry as needed (tumble dry, hydro extract, or line dry)
